Videographer & Video Editor Associate Trainee (Internship Program)

Job Description

• Assist in planning, shooting, and editing videos for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, websites, and advertisements.
• Support the creation of reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, corporate videos, product videos, and other client creatives.
• Work on live national and international client projects under the guidance of senior creative professionals.
• Assist with camera setup, lighting arrangements, audio recording, and other video production activities.
• Edit raw footage into engaging, platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, visual effects, background music, branding elements, and animations as required.
• Coordinate with the Social Media, Content, Design, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality creative assets.
• Learn content planning, storyboarding, scripting, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Organize and maintain video files, project assets, and production equipment.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, content formats, and social media best practices.
• Participate in structured training sessions and complete assigned learning modules.
• Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate professionalism while handling company and client information.

Educational Qualification

• Completed a course in Videography, Video Editing, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Film Making, or a related field from a recognized institute or academy.
• Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) will be an added advantage.

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of videography and video editing principles.
• Familiarity with one or more video editing software such as:
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe After Effects
  • DaVinci Resolve
  • Final Cut Pro
  • CapCut
  • Or similar editing tools
• Basic knowledge of camera handling, framing, composition, lighting, and audio recording.
• Understanding of video formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and export settings.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation will be an added advantage.
